At the heart of the programme is the UK Government's 12 week HELP TO GROW Management Course which comes with elements of mentoring and alumni development.

Designing ScaleUp East around the Government's Help to Grow programme means it does come with certain qualifying criteria (sorry!)…but they're not too onerous; 

You must:

• be actively trading ( one year or more)
• be a business owner or manager of a team
• have FIVE or more full or part-time  staff (including yourself, paid interns and apprentices)
• not be a charity ( but are a social enterprise)
